Manel Bannouri
Manel Bannouri, a German-Tunisian entrepreneur and founder of InvestInHuman Germany, founded the company in 2017 in Ludwigshafen am Rhein with the vision of sustainably connecting people, companies and international development.
In 2024 she additionally founded the InvestInHuman Academy in Tunisia as a platform for international career preparation, business communication and intercultural competence between Germany, Tunisia and North Africa.
Today her work stands for International Mobility Solutions: international mobility for study, career and entrepreneurial expansion — combined with cultural and strategic bridge-building.

In 2025 she was honoured at the Speaker Slam in Wiesbaden as one of 120 speakers from 16 nations. As a representative of the BVMW for Tunisia she supports international cooperation between Germany and North Africa.
